- Address
- Date of Birth
- Emergency Contact Details (Name, Phone, Relationship)
- Dietary Requirements (e.g. allergies, preferences)
You may also, at your discretion, choose to provide optional demographic information.
2. Purpose of Data Collection
Your data is collected for two main purposes:
- Safety: Your emergency contact and dietary information are crucial for ensuring your safety and well-being during the event. In the case of a medical emergency or a dietary incident, this information will be used by our staff and, if necessary, shared with emergency services.
- Reporting: We use anonymised and aggregated data (e.g. average age, gender split, etc.) to create impact reports for our organisation. These reports help us understand our audience and improve future events. Your individual identity will never be disclosed in these reports.
3. Data Security and Storage
We are committed to keeping your personal information safe and secure. All data is stored in a secure, password-protected database. Access is strictly limited to authorised staff members who require the information for the purposes stated above. We will take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access, loss, or misuse of your data.
5. Your Rights
